Universal Safety for Deaf People

We expect the Deaf Alerter system to be installed in every building where Deaf and hard of hearing people are present. This means every public access building, plus those private buildings where a Deaf or hard of hearing person might be.

We also aim for every Deaf and hard of hearing person to have one of our Alerters available to them at all times, so they can choose to benefit from the Deaf Alerter system in whatever building they happen to be. This is a facility provided by our adherence to the International Roaming standard.

Research & Development

We are a technology company driven by the needs of our customers. As new technologies have become available, we have incorporated them into the Deaf Alerter system to the benefit of our users. This will continue to be implemented in a manner that provides existing customers with a compatibility route. We have developed our products over a 20 year period with direct input from the Deaf and hard of hearing community.
